The First-Year Tower Residence Hall is a landmark student housing development that will transform the first-year residential experience in the heart of Boston.  Strategically located on the “Pike,” Wentworth’s main pedestrian path through campus and designed as a vertical village, each floor creates a 36-student neighborhoods anchored by shared and unique commons which are thoughtfully stacked throughout the tower to offer a balanced mix of social, study, and respite spaces. Beyond housing, the building integrates dining, admissions, and public spaces on its lower and upper levels, establishing a vibrant hub to welcome all Wentworth students, visitors, and peers from nearby institutions.
