Balfour Beatty is the Development Manager working with Axium Infrastructure for this new housing project that includes development of 824 beds of apartment-style housing on Lincoln Avenue and 150 2BR family townhouses with a community center at the site of the former North Village Apartments. The family townhouses were delivered in fall 2022 via modular construction and the apartments in fall 2023.

This development serves as a bridge to downtown, with students having convenient access to Amherst businesses and supporting a thriving local business district. On-site amenities include a cafe, flex space for relaxation, and a bouldering space that opens to the outdoors available to all students.
