As project executive, Richard Giusti is responsible for providing oversight to the entire design and build process of a project, from pre-construction, site, and vertical construction to the smooth transfer of project completion to the client. He also coordinates stakeholder interest in the project, while managing the needs of all governmental agencies, the university, partners, consultants, and contractors. He is instrumental in the pursuit, due diligence, and operations of our projects.

Richard has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction management. Richard previously served as a Vice President for Corvias where he worked on the development of several higher education privatization projects as well as military family housing privatization projects for the Air Force and Army portfolio. These projects included managing demolition, renovation, new construction, infrastructure improvements, long term sustainment planning and transition of projects to stabilized operations.
