Jeff Schattinger’s position as Project Executive for Balfour Beatty Campus Solution involves delivering development and construction oversight for new campus projects. Jeff oversaw the development of the 825-bed sophomore residence hall, Parliament Village at Texas Woman’s University delivered Fall 2019. He is also responsible the 370-bed, phase-three addition to Northside at the University of Texas at Dallas delivered for Fall 2020 and the 675-bed phase-four addition to Northside delivered for Fall 2021.

With more than 35 years in the real estate development and construction industry, Jeff’s experience spans working for developers/builders and ENR general contractors constructing multifamily apartment communities, high-rise condominiums and office buildings across the country. With a resume of working companies including Toll Brothers, GMH and others, he developed notable client and investor relations skills, as he’s worked alongside both institutional and private equity investors.
