Phase 2 of the Northside project is adjacent to the first set of apartments, townhomes, and retail space. The new phase adds 900 beds in mid-rise apartments and townhomes, additional shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues to serve the nearly 27,000 students, faculty, and staff of the University and local professionals in the greater Richardson, Texas area.
