Integrity Hall is the second of a three-phase project to deliver student housing beds via P3 to address rapid enrollment. Intended for second-year students, the residence hall is a four-story structure with both two and four-bedroom units in a modified suite configuration that includes private bedroom accommodations, semi-private baths, and shared living rooms and kitchenettes. A classroom on the first floor offers students the opportunity to interact with faculty in their residence hall. Due to availability of land constraints, BBCS worked with the University to acquire land adjacent to campus in order to build Integrity hall as well as an additional 80-bed student housing facility. This facility was renovated as part of the transaction and is being used as family housing.

A key to success for this project was meeting growing demand for housing as quickly as possible, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. This project commenced while the first phase was near completion. Regular status meetings among no less than 20 stakeholders including the University, the System, the developer, investment bankers, and lawyers were necessary to have a highly communicating team to make smart, timely decisions needed to meet the schedule milestones.
