Dave Vogt is Project Executive for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing select campus projects, specifically as a key player in the pursuit, due diligence and project operations of multiple projects. Dave oversaw the development of Cross, a 1,246-bed residence hall at The University of Oklahoma delivered Fall 2018, as well as the 1,814-bed student village at University North Carolina at Wilmington delivered in two phases for Fall 2020 and Fall 2021. His most recent project is The Broadview at Vanderbilt, a graduate housing community at Vanderbilt University open for fall semester 2023.

Dave has more than 30 years of experience in design, development and construction of large-scale, fast-paced multi-family projects. Dave oversaw all components of a $135M development and construction portfolio that consisted of 510 new homes, 810 renovated homes and three community center amenities via public-private partnership for Corvias Military Living for more than a decade. Dave has a degree in Construction Management from Montclair State University.
