Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and their partners are currently in the construction phase on Northside Phase 3, which will be completed this summer and add 370 beds configured in mid-rise apartment floor plans. With the additional 675 beds planned for Phase 4 coming online in fall of 2021, the Northside development will offer a total of more than 2,500 beds and related amenities to the UTD market.

Northside Phase 4 continue the successful partnership with Dallas-based developer Wynne/Jackson and equity firm Star America. Architecture Demarest and Andres Construction will also continue to serve as the lead design firm and builder, respectively, on the project. The apartments will be leased and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities, which has served as the residential property management company since the inception of the Northside development in 2015.
