This second phase of new housing at Aspire at West Campus nearly doubles the availability of one and two-bedroom apartments to accommodate graduates and students with families on campus. Residents enjoy the use of a separate 5,400 SF community center that houses the property management offices and common spaces including a fitness center, laundry facility, multipurpose space and access to the campus shuttle service.
